**What is sublimation printing?**
Sublimation printing uses heat and pressure to bond dye directly into the surface of the mug. Unlike vinyl decals or iron-on transfers, the image becomes part of the mug — it won't peel, fade, or scratch off. The result is a vivid, full-wrap, dishwasher-safe print.

**Do you have a minimum order?**
No. We print single mugs and bulk runs of hundreds. Pricing is per-unit and decreases with quantity.

**What photo quality do I need?**
The original file from a modern smartphone is usually sufficient. Send the original, uncompressed file — not a screenshot or a forwarded image. We check quality before printing and let you know if there's an issue.

**How long does an order take?**
Typically 3–7 working days from proof approval, plus shipping. If you have a deadline, tell us up front.

**Can you match our brand colours?**
Yes. Sublimation reproduces full-colour designs accurately. Provide Pantone, CMYK, or hex references and we'll match them as closely as possible. A digital proof is always sent before printing.

**Do you ship Australia-wide?**
Yes. All orders are shipped nationwide from our Gold Coast studio.

**Is Wotta Mug Australian made?**
Yes. Every mug is printed at our Gold Coast, Queensland studio. We are not a reseller or dropshipping platform.
