What goes into your quote?
Orders start at one mug. The current option is an 11 oz ceramic mug. Your quote depends on the quantity, mug option, artwork preparation, individual names or designs, and delivery destination.
- Mugs and personalisation: tell us the quantity and whether the artwork is shared or different on each mug.
- Artwork and revisions: describe the help you need. Confirm the design work, changes and any charges with your quote; do not assume unlimited revisions.
- Packaging and delivery: include your postcode and any packing or distribution requirements. Ask which items are included and which are additional.
- The total: check the total for your actual order, GST treatment, shipping, any additional charges and how long the quotation is valid before agreeing to proceed.
We quote for your brief rather than publish an unrelated starting price. You do not need a finished design or a 3D mock-up to request a quote.
Which mug colours can I order?
Options offered are all white; white mugs with coloured interiors and handles; and black mugs with a white print panel. The coloured-interior and handle options are pink, orange, green, red, light blue, yellow, black and dark blue/purple. The dark shade is described visually; confirm the exact shade and availability for your order when requesting a quote. These options are not a guarantee of current stock quantities.
Does the black mug have a white printing area?
The black-bodied mug has one white print panel, 197 mm wide by 87 mm high, centred opposite the handle, wrapping around both sides of the mug. These are the panel dimensions, not a confirmed edge-to-edge printable area. Confirm the safe print margins and final artwork placement before approving the proof.
Include your preferred mug option in your brief. Confirm any colour-related price differences with your quote.
What happens after I enquire?
The quote and artwork scope are agreed before printing. Check the digital proof for spelling, names, dates, image cropping and placement, and raise changes before approving it. Production takes 7–10 business days after artwork approval; delivery time is additional. Sending an enquiry does not start the production clock.
Is the 3D preview the final print proof?
No. It helps you explore placement. If you continue from the designer, your enquiry carries the mug-view PNG, flat-panel PNG and selected mug colour. Keep the original artwork separately for print preparation. Screen colours and the approximate mug model are not a physical colour or print guarantee.
