Do not soak or use bleach, abrasives or scouring pads.
Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Handle with care and dry thoroughly.
Do not use if chipped or cracked.
Dishwasher and microwave use not recommended unless confirmed by the manufacturer.
How is the artwork printed?
Sublimation uses heat to transfer dye into the mug’s coated surface. The artwork is not a separate vinyl sticker, but the ceramic and printed coating still need suitable care.
Can I put my personalised mug in the dishwasher or microwave?
Dishwasher and microwave use not recommended unless confirmed by the manufacturer.
Follow the hand-washing instructions above. Sublimation printing alone does not establish dishwasher or microwave suitability for a particular ceramic blank.
What if my mug is chipped or cracked?
Do not use it. For an issue with your order, email sales@wottamug.com.au with the details so it can be discussed. Do not send unnecessary personal information.
