Current mug and ordering facts

Current size and material: 11 oz ceramic mug. Photos, logos, names and personal artwork can be discussed with your quote.
Minimum order: One mug. You can request a personal gift or a group order.
Production time: 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Preparing and checking artwork happens before approval; delivery time is additional.
Delivery: Australia-wide. Include your postcode and the date you need the mugs in hand so shipping and timing can be considered.
Printing method: Sublimation onto the coated ceramic surface, rather than a separate sticker.
Price: Quote first. Quantity, mug choice, artwork work, different names or designs, and delivery affect your quotation. Check what your quote covers.

Which mug colours can I order?

Options offered are all white; white mugs with coloured interiors and handles; and black mugs with a white print panel. The coloured-interior and handle options are pink, orange, green, red, light blue, yellow, black and dark blue/purple. The dark shade is described visually; confirm the exact shade and availability for your order when requesting a quote. These options are not a guarantee of current stock quantities.

Does the black mug have a white printing area?

The black-bodied mug has one white print panel, 197 mm wide by 87 mm high, centred opposite the handle, wrapping around both sides of the mug. These are the panel dimensions, not a confirmed edge-to-edge printable area. Confirm the safe print margins and final artwork placement before approving the proof.

How should I care for my mug?

Hand wash with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge. Do not soak or use bleach, abrasives or scouring pads. Avoid sudden temperature changes. Handle with care and dry thoroughly. Do not use if chipped or cracked. Dishwasher and microwave use not recommended unless confirmed by the manufacturer.
