About event mugs

- 11 oz ceramic mug
- Mug colours

- Minimum order
- One mug. Personal gifts and group orders are both welcome.
- Production
- 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Delivery time is additional; include the date you need the mugs in hand.
- Delivery
- Australia-wide. Include your postcode for the delivery quote.
- Printing
- Sublimation printing on the Gold Coast, Queensland, onto the coated ceramic surface. This is the printing location, not the manufacturing origin of the ceramic blank.
- Artwork
- Photos, logos, names or your own design. Read the artwork guide.

Enquire as soon as you know your event date. Production time, artwork approval and shipping are separate stages; ask for the schedule for your order.
Can the design be a surprise gift?
Explain the occasion and the intended recipient in your brief. Check the artwork carefully without sharing it with the recipient.
